VEYA Social Club pieces are released as small drops. Some items may be available immediately while others may open first through a waitlist or pre-release notice.

Shipping timelines, delivery methods and final costs may vary depending on item availability, destination, courier service and fulfilment timing.

When an item becomes available for purchase, orders are prepared after payment is confirmed.

For limited drops or pre-release items, fulfilment may begin after production, allocation or drop confirmation is complete. Estimated timelines will be shared on the product page or by email where available.

VEYA Social Club may support Lagos delivery, local pickup, or selected courier delivery depending on the drop.

Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout or by email before fulfilment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

International shipping may be limited during early drops.

Where international delivery is offered, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other destination charges required by local authorities.

If an order is delayed, lost or delivered incorrectly, contact VEYA as soon as possible with your order details.

VEYA will review the issue with the relevant courier or fulfilment partner where applicable.
